Centre for International Education Collaboration
The Centre for International Education Collaboration (CIEC) is dedicated to coordinating international education collaboration projects and facilitating the large-scale recruitment of international students to UTAR. Through strategic partnerships with overseas higher education institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and corporations, CIEC strengthens UTAR’s global presence and supports sustainable long-term educational initiatives. UTAR’s Education Collaboration Project Management Centre (ECPMC) in China further manages and expands these partnerships in the region, ensuring the effective implementation of collaborative programmes.
