The Centre for International Student Recruitment Management (CISRM) is dedicated to promoting UTAR to prospective international students, facilitating their enrolment, and providing essential support throughout their journey. Through targeted outreach, recruitment campaigns, and collaborations with agents, institutions, and international education fairs, CISRM enhances UTAR’s global visibility and attracts a diverse student body. The Centre works closely with UTAR’s internal departments and regional offices to ensure a smooth, efficient, and student-centred experience from recruitment to arrival and beyond.

ISRR refer an authorised agency officially appointed by UTAR to promote UTAR’s academic programmes and recruit international students.
